The Wills and Probate department offers a range of services to members including Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts and Estate Administration. Our team have over 50 years collective experience in delivering high quality work in all matters relating to the area of Wills and Probate.
Due to this the team is able to offer a personal service, tailored to your specific circumstances and exact requirements. The team also provides discrete advice to members in all areas of Wills and Probate through the telephone advisory service.

Maddalena Proctor
Private Client and Civil Litigation Manager
Maddalena joined Unionline in January 2020 after 10 years at a previous local Law firm. Maddalena has over 18 years’ experience within Private Client specialising in non-contentious matters. Her experience includes the administration of estate, estate planning, Inheritance Tax advice, Will writing and the preparation and registration of Lasting Power of Attorney’s.

Jennifer Adams
Complex Wills Legal Advisor – Private Client Dept
Jennifer joined our Private Client Team from Bury & Walkers. Jennifer has worked in the Private Client area for over 6 years. She has completed her CILEx Level 3 Diploma for Legal Secretaries. Jennifer joined UnionLine in March 2021 as Private Client Legal Advisor, drafting simple Wills before taking on the further complex work, including complex Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Declaration of Trusts.

Zaura Niwaz
Senior Paralegal
Zaura joined Unionline in October 2021. Zaura is excited to be re-joining Private Client after living and working in the UAE since 2016.
Zaura has 13 years’ experience within Private Client specialising in Wills and Probate and is responsible for Complex Wills matters and Estate Administration . Her experience includes the administration of estate, estate planning, Will writing and the preparation and registration of Lasting Power of Attorney’s, including professional deputyship, assisting and supporting clients with regard to the management of their property and affairs.

Raymond Harrison
Wills and Civil Litigation Supervisor
Raymond joined Unionline in September 2021 as the Enforcement Paralegal, due to his previous experience in dispute resolution. Raymond has since progressed into the Private Client department. His experience includes estate administration, inheritance tax advice, Will writing, Court of Protection and Lasting Powers of Attorney applications. Raymond has recently been promoted to Supervisor within the department providing assistance and support to the team.
Raymond graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 2019 with a first class degree in law and is currently completing the solicitors qualifying examinations along with his masters at the University of Law.

Harriet Prestwich
Senior Paralegal
Harriet joined Unionline in November 2021 in which she assisted in the Wills and Probate department providing legal advice on the helpline and drafting simple and Complex Wills.
Harriet has since been promoted to Senior Paralegal dealing with more complex matters including Probate and Estate Administration, Lasting Power of Attorneys , Court of Protection and assisting the team with their queries. Harriet also checks the Wills drafted by the Wills team members.
Harriet is due to enrol on STEP course and will begin her studies in July.

Alice Greaves
Trainee Solicitor
Alice is a Trainee Solicitor currently doing her seat in the Wills and Probate Department.
Alice graduated from University of Lincoln with a degree in Law and Criminology and has successfully completed the LPC LLM with the University of Law.
Alice joined UnionLine in September 2021 since then Alice has successfully obtained a Training Contract to become a Solicitor. As part of the Wills and Probate team Alice drafts simple and complex Wills, provides general legal advice on a range of Wills and Probate enquiries, and also assists with estate administration files and applications for Probate.
Alice enjoys reading and paper and resin crafting in her spare time and earned an unofficial role making the teams birthday cards.

Cameron Clarke
Legal Advisor
Cameron joined Unionline as a Legal Advisor and Simple Will drafter in March 2021 after graduating Nottingham Trent Law School and has since progressed in the team, taking on bigger and more complicated duties. These duties include advice on and drafting multiple different private client matters such as complex Wills, trusts within Wills (such as Life Interest Trusts, Rights of Occupation and Discretionary Trusts), Lasting Power of Attorneys, Court of Protection and Deputyship, and many more.
Cameron has also started assisting the complex team in advising on general probate enquires and drafting initial estate administration letters and is looking forward to learning much more. Cameron has recently enrolled onto the STEP course and is working towards his STEP diploma.

Ivani Noel
Legal Advisor
Ivani graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 2019 with a degree in Law and Criminology. Ivani joined the Unionline Team in January 2022 as a Legal Advisor in the Civil Litigation Department.
As of April 2022, Ivani successfully transitioned over the Private Client Department as a Legal Advisor. Ivani’s role varies from drafting Wills, both simple and complex, as well as advising and drafting other complex legal documents such as Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts and recently assisting with Probate and Full Estate Administration enquiries. Ivani thoroughly enjoys her role and brings a big personality to the Wills Team.
Ivani has recently enrolled in the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners course (STEP) and due to start her studies in the Advanced Certificate in Administration of Estates in July 2023.
Ivani enjoys socialising and travelling in her spare time.

Caitlin Coley
Legal Advisor
Caitlin graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with a LLB Law Degree in 2019. She joined the Unionline team in March 2022 as a Legal Advisor in the Wills and Probate Department, providing Legal Advice on the helpline and drafting simple Wills. Caitlin also deals with more complex matters, including Lasting Powers of Attorney, Life Interest Trusts and various Will related enquiries.
Caitlin has recently enrolled in the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners course (STEP) and will be working towards her STEP diploma.
