Probate is the process of dealing with the estate of someone who has died. This involves paying outstanding debts from the deceased’s estate and distributing any remaining assets in accordance with their Will or rules of intestacy where there is no valid Will.

During the Probate process disbursements will arise that are outside our control. The disbursements incurred are absolutely necessary as part of the administration process. We therefore include below an example of the type of disbursements and fees that may be incurred. Please note that these fees are not charged by Unionline but are administrative fees charged by governmental bodies. This list of fees is not exhaustive and is subject to change. We will discuss any likely disbursements to be incurred during our ongoing work on your behalf.
